When I first began my yoga journey, I wasn’t trying to get strong arms or noticable triceps…
but after practicing these 9 poses, I noticed one day that they were there!
My triceps were long and lean and my back was “ripped”, says my husband! ;P
Don’t get me wrong; There is MUCH more to yoga than getting a toned bod,
but I don’t think anyone would disagree that it isn’t a great byproduct of these tools we call poses.
This post is packed with all of the poses that I have used in my own personal practice that created some long and lean arms! (They disappeared after having my third baby when my practice slipped into laziness, but I plan to get them back with this sequence!)
